Christian1310, What don't you get? Every company acts in its own time-frame. None of us know when the IPO will occur. As a CEO, you would want the best of all conditions in place for the spin-off. I think they are waiting for earnings season to be out of the way, and the mkt. to be a bit more settled and positive. I see other IPOs being delayed, and I believe it is due to current mkt. conditions. These guys are pros and I trust they will make the announcement when the time is right. But those who are short might be on the wrong side when it happens! I wouldn't chance it. Regards, KS
