Well, thank you for attempting to scare the children.

I would be happy to listen to your comments about what this means if you are capable of doing that without emotional outbursts and wild claims of This one is going to Zero!! "Disaster" Will Robinson and other helpful comments.

You do that and I'll agree to avoid comments like "This one is going to the Moon tomorrow! Last chance to buy shares!

Lets leave comments like that on the Yahoo boards.

I think you are well aware that a non-cash charge is not going to have a major impact on Able's viability going forward. The issue is one of cash-flow, and if they find a way to handle that, then Able should do fine. If they can not, then they will need to sell off some of their fiber to pay for it. It will get more interesting if Able gets to this stage and we get to see what their fiber is actually worth.

I suspect the year end adjustments have mainly to do with the number of outstanding shares, and the unknown dilution caused from the current negotiations with Interfiducia.

Lets be realistic even if you have your doubts about Interfiducia. Despite your previous comments, I don't think you really doubt that the revenues are real. Clearly the business is there. The question is whether Able can run those contracts profitably and make it through 99 with the cash available to them.
