Richard where from the higher sales will come. Have you hear of any new fab announcements lately. Oh ya don't mention the INTC 300mm research fab. since it got accounted for in the last run. May I also remind you that it takes about two years from the announcement to equipping a fab. Will it come from re-tooling for .18um? How much will you get from that? I can tell that it will not be as much as in '95/'96. Oh there is also a pricing pressure from the semi co. since they can not raise their prices. If you don't believe me call some sales people in the semi. equip. business.
