Jan, what do you do with a player that doesn't know the market has the ball, are there any referees. WCOM seems oblivious that it's sector is in bear confirmed let alone the NYSEBP, it had a bullish shakeout and is on a buy signal. Any penalty flags for stocks like this.

Thanks for clarifying IBM for me this weekend. I got me a little put today during the runup. Tech wreck looking for a leader and found Dell's hand raised to the sky. Should be interesting for the next few days.
