If Vivus management had 1/2 a brain.......they would release as much negative news as possible to drive the share price down as low as possible all the while buying up shares on the open market. For a company that paid an average of over $16 per share for 2 million shares in 1997 and 1998, they certainly look very foolish if they are not buying back shares while we are at historic all time lows. Just thinking out loud.
