PR just hit the prn newswire. I'm guessing CSCO will be selling OMKT as a "total solution" to their existing customers (which is practically every company in the world) at an agreed-upon price to CSCO, then CSCO can mark it up as a reseller would. Let's say it's at a 30% margin to OMKT vs an 80% margin if sold direct. I would rather have the 30% and get CSCO's breadth of marketplace. This is a very positive development, but today's market will not react to it. John
