Dear WR, This is exactly, what it has been about!!! Sheer market manipulation with the help of some resident shorts, finally exposed for what they are. Looks good on you guys, hope you have real good lawyers. How many times did I try to warn you guys but your all just so arrogant and full of yourselves. Anyway, all the money you stole from us longs, will come in handy, when you get your lawyer's bills.
Get those tax returns back from those greedy account's you all seem to have,I believe you can write off anticipated and future legal fees, for some of you, this will be pretty hefty. Forewarned is forearmed.
I'm really sorry it had to end this way. Quite frankly,I really believe some of you didn't know any better!! Good luck, life's a bitch
some times!!! For all those who made all that money shorting Tava last year, like Lucy would say,you have some major splain'n to do!! I'd fess up now, these M.M.'s see this as a cost of doing business, for daytrader's like you it is your business!!!
Like I always said to mark3000,I always smelled something rotten cooking!!!

Regards,
Dave

P.S. Back to our regularly scheduled Tava launch!!!!!!!!!

Dear WR: That article came about when Wexler and others were issuing statements about TAVA that certainly seemed to border on defaming somebody. I dont recall the details anymore but I do recall it was not a nice situation. JDN

WR, thanks. I found this article the other day. While it wasn't about this problem, I agree with you that price manipulation is indeed price manipulation.
