Thanks for the input I found it quite informative. In regards to weather or not I have a telephone, the answer is yes.

First of all, do not get me wrong, the last thing I want to do is pick a fight. I agree 100% with your assessment that if the sell software we win and if they do not we loose. I too will not buy any more shares of this company only because few if any of my expectations have been met in regards to this investment.

In regards to my agenda it is to stop the speculation regarding what the situation is with BNEZ (i.e. how many shares outstanding, when will we be in the stores, when will the advertisement run, etc.) and to get some real answers. Until you hear it from the horses mouth (or read it in a poorly written press release) then anything posted is pure speculation at best. Even after you hear it or read it you still may not be able to trust it until it actually happens.

If you think I am short on this stock you are wrong. To be truthful, I do not even know if you can short a stock that trades for less than $0.15 a share. I can assure you I am quite long and would love for this stock to go up.

In regards to your comment that "It doesn't do anyone any good at all for BNEZ to announce a "shipment" of 10,000 units if, 180 days later, Ingram returns 9,999 of them" while informative it was anything but creative. I got the same response from BNEZ on 10/21/98 at 11:21 am only they used the numbers 500,000 units shipped and 499,999 returned. (if you e-mail me your fax number I will fax it to you)

While I have only been able to post on this thread for 16 days, I can assure you that I have been reading it for many more.
