Osprey,

I've just looked at our Level II test page with a Starter subscription, the test data should work for any account. I'll summarize the steps I took.

Log onto CSW. Go to the Portfolio page. Next to quotes enter the NASDAQ symbol, press the Details button. On the page that comes up, under the stock quote, click on the link called "Market Depth". This will show another quote along with a table of Level II data sorted by Market Maker and price.

Reguarding fees. If you don't want to change your options nothing will change. If you'd like to add Level II, you will be required to upgrade to DayTrader. Counting exchange fees this will be the least expensive Streaming Level II available on the net. (Some American brokers, may however offer level II as part of their commission structure, if you meet their minimum transaction volumes.)

The Pricing and Options page on Stockwatch has the complete details.
