I have been lurking on the Yahoo thread and find the goings on there
to be disturbing. All the hype and supposed insider information --
stock to be double digits by Friday etc -- presumably while negotiations were going on in the financing. Josephthal does not have a stellar reputation judging from my personal contacts. It is disturbing yet perhaps not surprising that they would permit these
sorts of shenanigans.

For those who are new to these sorts of financing deals. The problems
are two fold. 1) Dilution 2)Pump and dump techniques so that the debenture holders and their agents (Josephthal) can milk the stock. Everyone who is invested in this stock should read the securities filings to see the exact terms -- when it was signed and when conversion can take place as well as the deal will be accounted for in the financials. Ideally, a company which has respect for its shareholders should explain all these details. The press release was a first positive step, but more details are needed. I wish all BLSI fans well - yet expect a few bumps in the road.

Regards,
Joe
