i think its good enough but The Street will not. Bears have been waiting for a long time for Dell to miss a number. They didnt miss the EPS number but the missed the revenue estimate, CFO even used the word "miss" I may move aside tomorrow at the open before the selling begins.
What pisses me off the most Dr. VG and her "not the same"

Mohan, re:<<Q4 Results - You mean this is not good 'enuf'???????>> You are right, not good enough. Given the stock's fall in price, the Street has spoken, and they said its not good enough. Now, if you and I owned the company, it would be great. But, we don't own the company. I think we are going to see "dead money" until Dell demonstrates that they are back on the usual growth path.

The only losers today are the poor narrow minded people who are selling their DELL over missing Rev by the equivalent of 13 days internet sales. In the long run getting these losers out of DELL will be heathy for us long term investors in this great company.

DELL is a strong company. But a PE of over 100???? This had to be expected. In today's inflated market place, maybe you can justify a PE of 60 - which looking forward a target price would be $88??

I recently sold my postion at $108 and am looking for a reentery point. After hours seems to be pricing DELL in the upper 70's but who knows what will happen in the morning.

A price around $70, would yield a decent chance to make 30% or so fairly quickly (months).
