Although it's no longer necessary, I still recommend you keep it. Just in case you have to re-install Netscape at a later date, or you like to keep backup copies of your software installation files (recommended).

If you're really short on space though, delete it. It won't harm anything. Still, 14Mg's is a large download if you have to do it again at a later date.

I put all my installation programs on my zip drive ....just in case.
If space is a problem I would look at removing them.
