I bet MSFT is starting to spend some more cash in Washinton and the states ensuring that the radical proposals or remedies don't get to the judge.

More bullish on MSFT than ever before

Once that Intel FTC trial starts, there will be more people upset that the government is sticking its foot in where it does not belong.
We should see the CNBC reports from the Intel trial starting next month. That is when sentiment will shift in a big way----picking on your best companies won't sit well with the public or politicans.
I bet Janet Reno and Joel Klein don't want to be perceived as representing what big goverment is all about. The state attorneys will have a lot of political influences from higher up (governors).

Those that think MSFT is goig to melt are very mistaken. It ain't gonna happen---mark my words. This stock is going to continue making me a lot of money. The Dell selloff is going to provide one of the greatest buying opportunities in MSFT and INTEL that we are going to see for a while. If the price stays in the 150s going into March 15---I will go into April 190 call options in a big way.
