Jason, I have not analyzed it, but the question seems to be. . .what is a company worth today. . . . that is being bought in 3 years at say 20 bucks? There are as many ways to argue that one as there are people interested. As for how it will affect the price, I would think it may move up at open, then many people could dump at once. The wait was long and postponed too many times. Now the news is far less than what was hoped. . . .I would think many are sort of peeved. I couldn't stand all the postponements and got out early for a breakeven. . . .and I must say I was happy to not have to wonder what was going on. Holding for 3 years to see a yet-to-be-determined maturity? No thanks. You know I call 'em as I see 'em. Rande Is
