Looks like you will bite the big one on these.I would take the loss and move on,maybe find a bottom point tomorrow and buy some more.

It depends on what you can get. Don't panic, decide what you think
is going to happen between now and March. If you can get more than
one or two dollars you may want to sell. If it is less than one
dollar I would hold. James Cramer did an interesting article about
not selling for too litlle money.

Definitely don't exercise an out-of-the-money option. Watch the price for the next couple of days and dump 'em for as much as you can get. If you're lucky, you might be able to get $2 for 'em. Your objective should be to sell these calls at their peak price between now and expiration.

Ouch. I'm really sorry about your loss (I assume your pockets aren't deep enough to absorb a $30K loss with a shrug). I'm sure it's obvious to you in retrospect, but that was much too big a position to take on a speculative play, unless your net worth is in 7 digits.
