Eric, I responded to Max why the press release was made to investors to mislead them. Maybe you can tell us what happens to companies that intentionally leave out information from press releases to mislead investors? They obviously had all 7 material facts and only told investors about #2. Dont you think it was important for the company to disclose that those estimates were based on getting another 10 1/2 million dollars in equity investments? You should be real happy I am enlightening everyone to the truth since the company did not want anyone to know what was really going on. floyd
