A 13d is a form you must complete and submit to the SEC if you plan to buy at least 5% of any publicly traded company. So someone is investing bigtime in ADOT for a reason.>> The company is D TECH. The company filed a 13D (a disclosure form showing beneficial ownership) for the law firm of Lynch, Rowin, Novack, Burnbaum and Crystal's reporting person, Y. L. Hirsch of Israel. Regards, JM2C
