Jeff,

He was referring to the competition, and the fact that next-generation tools are needed now by customers who all of a sudden find themselves capacity constrained. It sounded as if he was tacitly making the point "the upturn is upon us" but did not, for fear of being called "irrationally exhuberant." IMHO, .22-.25 is very conservative. That statement alone said volumes about how the demand picture for equipment currently stands and is one of the reasons why sometimes it's not all in the numbers, but in the CC. We may not be headed north tomorrow if the futures are any indication, but look out after we get past Q2 and can really see some growth in them thar' numbers.
