HeHeHe. What this 'gentleman' is suggesting is nothing that hasn't been going on via the chat room, web pages, newsletters (anyone remember Lutt's?) and other sordid gathering places for 'the daytrading gang'.

The SEC is seriously asleep at the wheel, but with postings like this cropping up, even they will have to wake up and smell what's being dropped here.

What a joke.

If they succeed then the SEC will be after them in short order. Which is pretty slow, but they would still be acting in collusion, which is as you say ILLEGAL.

This is just al illegal as defending against floorless convertables. It just happens to be a lot less ethical.
