I don't think that this is very accurate. Look at heavy hitter Teck who bought into Cross Lake at $4. Their gambling like everyone else out there.

Hello TC, you may want to check out Eastmain, ER, they held 8 properties in the area previous to the rush. They aquired these from BHP when they pulled out of Eastern Canada. These would be worthy properties for BHP to be bothered with.
