J Williams,

You are a good person to try and defend another. J. Nelson's intentions in the past may or may not have been pure. I cannot judge.

I do accuse him now of bashing NPEC for the pure and simple fact of trying to talk down the stock so he can buy back in at a lower price.

All of us know that these penny stocks can easily drop 10 20 30% or more when we are waiting for news. Day traders come in and out or people take profit. That is normal. Unfortunately you have people like Jim and the others who intentionally use these threads to try and take advantage (at the detriment to others) of the slow no news time. They bash the company with the normal questions and try to force the stock down even more by scaring newer investors out of the stock.
With little volume during the slow news time, it can be affective. I believe visitors to the thread have a right to know what their agenda is.

NPEC has risen IMO almost purely in reaction to MDIN's rise. So without the news on the telecom side and MDIN taking a breather, NPEC is open for a small retracement. He is trying to take advantage of this in the few short days that he has before we find out what MDIN really has.

He is not after truth. He knows that if MDIN has a winner on it's hand, then NPEC will be 5 to 10 times higher than it's present price. If telecom is doing as well as we all hope or if NPEC has some good properties of their own, the price will be even higher.

MDIN will become a reporting company first. Then NPEC. This will probably happen sometime during the year. Both companies have issued more shares to keep them going in the right direction. These companies are asset rich but right now not cash rich and it is the easiest way for them to get things done.

Jim knows that NPEC only issued 6M shares the last time they issued but continues to scream 10M shares and what was it used for. He knows the answers.

Last point,

I do not believe in blatant hyping either. There are too many new and younger investors who should not be in these stocks. They get hurt too often. $1000 is a lot to some of them. If Jim was trying to protect them then I would salute him but I just do not think so......
