Looks like a scam all the way, but the price is holding nicely.
I am not very experienced in reading 10Q's, but this one is
a sad story for longs. Looking to short this pup. good trading all.

John - IHMO, CYOE is toast.I didn't have access to Edgar filing yesterday. Language looks bad. SEC investigation still going. Very bad news. They even stated "Any adverse determination from these inquiries could have a material adverse effect on the company".

Usually I don't look at Yahoo posts, but since theStreet.com's reporter thought they were newsworthy, I just took a peek.

Well, folks certainly are more active over there, but hey, there seems to be hardly a poster over there who knows what an SEC filing is, or how useful it is to look for them in a timely manner.

In the post I'm responding to, at 11 PM Feb. 16, I reported on how the 10Q that had just been filed earlier that evening said the co. was under SEC investigation and that they had a liquidity problem. Nobody over on the Yahoo thread even mentioned the 10Q until 10 am the next day.

My goodness. When the SEC filings are just about the only place to find some truth in a scam like this, and when they are so very easy to find, well then, everybody who trades the stock should watch the filings like a hawk, and go over them as soon as they come out. But apparently they don't. This doesn't surprise me about longs, but short sellers should certainly be better than that in their research and diligence.
