Good information. Thank you. The problem with PTEK is that there are a large number of people who hate the operation. They love the run-ups but are quick to get out. Me, I'm neutral. Perhaps my sights are set too low at the five level, but I have about a week to make up my mind if and when to buy in. If volume picks up steadily prior to the announcement, and there is an upward push, I will likely buy back in regardless of price.
