California Consumer Affairs website is dca.ca.gov. That's how I got their number to call them to confirm not only was there no record of any action against WellRich, but they don't even handle investment related firms.

Hogger, I have just found out that WellRich has not been shut down at this time. I would like to apologize to you and everyone on this thread including WellRich for the accusations I have stated. A source came to me with the information in such a convincing manor, that I did not bother to do the required DD to back it up. This was the first time I have used this source and have since broke our ties. At this point I can only retract my statements made on this thread regarding WellRich. After researching the information that was provided to me, my conclusion was "close but no cigar" at this point. We will keep a close watch on the situation as new events transpire. I sort of feel like JJ and Janice when they reported the WellRich/AZNT arbitration that never happened. I'm once again sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused anyone.
