< I Have More >> Now I understand where that Peter Lu Dude came from out of nowhere ! He must of caught wind of an NT Offer in Dec....So he figures What the Hell.. Upgrade the stock at 8 3/4 to 9 1/2...Maybe NT pays up at some point. He had to smell something. Zucco, becomes fairly popular on the conference calls in early 98...Never mentioning that he's concerned about Remaining Independent. On the contrary, he's somewhat up-beat about this VPN ...which he TELLS US WON'T KICK IN until the 3rd qtr anyway. So what does he do on the last day of the 3rd qtr...begins conversations with Intel about a Merger. Oh, one other thing about that Analyst Peter Lu, who found religion real quick with Shiva in a Bottle...Notice how he quickly downgraded the stock. He must of caught some more wind; this time; about Shiva NOT ACCEPTING NT's offer. It's all becoming very clear. Aptis for 300 mil? Shiva 185 ?? NT willing to pay 280 mil? 9 months later shave off 100 mil and Run for the hills...I'm done. Shiva Connects ? Not with it's Shareholders !
