Colin, even though Smacs doesn't like your post. I for one love it!! It gets to the heart of the matter, and says what I have said all along. i.e. Whatever Mr. Tilton says over the phone can not be relied upon as fact. Only if he puts stuff in print or via SEC financials can we shareholders be assured that he is held accountable for his actions. Verbal information is hearsay, can not be relied upon, and Mr. Tilton can not be held accountable (legally) to his so called spoken "facts". Good questions Colin! ;>)

hey colin and everyone else negative where are you from. It must be a really crappy place to be so vile about a company. Do you even own any, if not, we don't need your 2 cents if it's even that much. Try calling any CEO in a blue chip company. they would never give you the time of day. What do you think Tilton is doing, waiting to talk to you or trying to run a company. Get a clue.
