I don't know much about this chipset, just that it is AMD's own design and that this is the chipset the K7 ran on at the Comdex demo.

Here is the only mention of it I could find:

"At the fall Comdex exhibition in Las Vegas last week,
AMD demonstrated a fully functional 500-MHz K7
processor, accompanied by its two-chip chipset, which
incorporates the Irongate north bridge and Cobra south
bridge."
