I'm finding it very difficult to locate any information regarding the current sale. I hear on the street that they are worth $0, but rough calculation of the estimated buyout price (From previous news) less debt brings in a cash bid of $3.80 - $5.00.

If anyone is following the story and may have some input, it would be appreciated.

Kerm: Its hard to fight the trend & collapsing stock prices.

The chance of prices moving up in 2 yrs is now small; every Producer is in pump-more mode. It may be wise to reduce holdings for the year.

The money was on the short side.
