Paul so you assume the k-7 won't work in a mobil version. rihgt now the amd mobils are selling well at lower price points. the lease expensive cleron based notebook offering is at 1,750. the AMd perform just as well and sell considerably below that price point. plus the celerons are a striped down version do not offer the enchnced video capability untill you spend up to the pentium366 and only after the board is beefed up with expensive avg boards the dell inspirations clocks your pocketbook at $3,800 before yu get good video. see Pc mag feb 23, 1999. By comparison Gateway is offering and mad based k-6 2-400 for $2150.00 giving great pocketbook head and flawless video for $1,650.00 less. all this is documentable. so 3-D now what?
