As usual it is always a pleasure to read words of wisdom from our resident sage, Mr. Patience.
It is a high rollers game in the OTC-BB Marketplace. Many of us who have been an investor of PNLK since last April have played the stakes and taken the gamble as the reward has the potential to outweigh the risks.
PNLK is on the cutting edge and I am ready to play it out.

As they say at the craps table...PNLK is my "front line winner.."

Roll that yo babeeeee!!!!!!!

Hey Mr. P...regarding most of what you said.....

I have to agree.....therefore your post gets an unprecedented....

6...that's right SIX......

:-) :-) :-D :-D :-] :-]

Smiley faces out of FIVE!........

Now Mr. P......Don't let this rating go to your head......

Anyway....the following article deals with some investor strategies that I have used myself when selling "high flying" internets....Like DBCC..JBOH...&....WCTI....which I bought AND sold.....for significant (500% to 780%) percent gains....

Hopefully...sometime soon...the below article will be very relevant as it pertains to PNLK.......

When To Sell That Great Internet Stock?

By ISN Analyst, Ted Kunzog

Knowing that stocks over an investor's lifetime are likely to return only
10-12% per year on average, an investor should be very cautious about
their
"hot" Internet stock that recently doubled, tripled or perhaps more. With
that kind of behavior, the next move may be in half, rather than double.
So, how and when to sell?

First off, selling all of the stock is frequently a mistake. Yes, it may
have been the exact top, but it probably was not. If the stock continued to
gain again after it was sold, the investor often is consumed with mental
agony. To be a successful investor, care of one's psyche is often just as
important as picking the right stocks.

To decide when to sell, then, investors may wish to consider either
selling just enough to get their original investment back, or using Stop Orders
(sometimes called Stop-loss Orders).

The first strategy is rather simple. Assume an investor bought 1,000
shares of Hotstock.com for $5 per share (or $5,000.00) and it is now selling for
$20 per share (or $20,000). The investor would simply sell 250 shares at
$20 per share to get the original $5,000 stake back, leaving the investor
with 750 shares left. This is called "using the house's money." A
modification, of course, is to sell more than enough to return the original
investment and to lock in a profit.

The advantage of this strategy (besides the simplicity) is that an
investor
guarantees the return of the original investment or locks in a profit.
Meanwhile, the investor still participates if the stock continues to run.

The last strategy, using Stop Orders, is extremely powerfully but underused
by many investors as they do not understand them. There are two types of
Stop Orders that can be used to sell a stock, a Sell Stop Order and a Stop
Limit Order.

In a Sell Stop Order, the investor sets a Stop Price with the Broker. If
the stock price moves below the Stop Price, the order becomes a Market
Order, to be executed at the next available price.

If the investor set a Stop Price of $15 per share for 1,000 shares of
Hotstock.com and it moved below that price, the broker would automatically
sell 1,000 shares at the next available asking price, no matter if it is
above or below the $15 Stop Price. (It should also be noted the order can
be for any number of shares, not just the full 1,000 shares).

The advantage of the Sell Stop Order is that the investor is ensured that
the stock will be sold. The disadvantage is that the investor is not sure
the minimum price the sale will take place.

With a Sell Stop Limit Order, the investor tells the broker of two prices:
the Stop Price (as before) and the Limit Price (the minimum price the stock
should be sold at). (One quick word to interject here, Stop and Stop Limits
are sometimes dangerous on the OTC BB because the exchange is actually a
quotation system controlled by market makers. They can simply place 100
share block orders until they approach the stop and leave you selling the
stock at far lower than you wanted. -Chris A.)

Assume again the investor set a Stop Price of $15 per share for 1,000
shares of Hotstock.com as well as a Limit Price of $14. If the stock moved
below the Stop Price of $15, it will then be sold at any price above $14
(if the price never returns above $14, it will not be sold).

The advantage of the Sell Stop Order is that the investor is sure of the
minimum price the shares will be sold for. The disadvantage is that the
shares may never be sold (we all know that Internet Stocks can move
extremely rapidly, both Up and Down).

One caution when using any type of stop order: avoid setting the Stop
Price too close to the current price. This will avoid selling the stock
unnecessarily. In general, the Stop Price should be kept 15-25% below the
current price. Assuming the stock continues to go up, the Stop Price
should also be raised.

The biggest advantage in using Stop Orders is that it lets the market tell
us when its time to sell. Investors should be aware, however, that not all
brokers accept Stop Orders on all stocks – something you may wish to
consider when selecting a broker!

The last thing to do after selling any stock (no matter which method you
choose) is to quit worrying about what it does after you sold it. There
will be other stocks and other days,
the sun will come up again tomorrow
just as it did today.

Again Mr.P....as you say...Everyone needs to develop his or her
own strategy....or "to each his own"....

btw....Do you know if the spelling champ got his rabies shot yet?

Response to Mr. P....#2...Per Mr. P's words...with different emphasis

"...PNLK's ability to get out of the BB status depends very much on achieving it subscriber goal. If the equation: V3 + Support infrastructure + Subscribers = Success is fulfilled in the first three years, I don't see anymore obstacle in moving up to the big board. Think about this. Not only will there be a multiplying effect of the first 10,000, 20,000, or 30,000 subscribers; but the additional revenue generated by these first 10,000-30,000 subscribers can be put back to use by PNL management to advertise more and improve the site to a higher level. If and a BIG IF PNL's management can keep up the momentum after they succeed in getting their first 10,000 - 30,000 subscribers, IMHO, PNLK may as well be the last stock you ever need to own....."

===================================

Now Mr. P...Note as per JPC, GZ, and PNL's b-plan strategy.....

Emphasis is NOT upon getting individual subscribers...

The emphasis is upon "selling" the product to Countries like Israel via their Chambers of Commerce ...

And being only internet export/import trade website site & service that is GLOBAL...therefore making PNL not only a provider....but also a source of information about "the internet" for countries and companies unlike the US and companies in the US that aren't as up to speed about being "on-line"...

Plus, the extended capabilities of and through web-tv as provided by
Click! Online...Provide even greater possibility as to extend range of ProNetLink's services to places where computers are as omnipresent as they are already here in the States...via broad base and TV

Therefore...the "big" news I'd be looking for, in addition to the specific banking alliance,....would be similar partnership with other countries like that with Israel....SOON and before the V3.0 launch

First on this list...prior to launch....I'll predict....

Egypt...

Second prediction....

Singapore....

And the third prediction....which is really going out a limb here...

IS THE EC....ie...European Community....

Why the EC?....One name ...Tapei....associated with Click! Online....

NOW what do any of the above announcements mean in terms of membership...?????

Per the Israel agreement...which is with the organization for all chambers of commerce in Israel...Israel's participants are going to use PNL web services both for import/export AND communication within the country...Thus agreement with Israel alone....

May generate 15,000 to 20,000 PNL members...

Now add another 10,000 from Egypt and Singapore...plus how many countries are in the EC?.....

And you'll see IMHO that the membership projections for the first year maybe blown away almost quite literally overnight...

Anyway...what remains to happen is EXECUTION....will the share price respond as it should to the announcements of other countries signing on?

Probably not....since the vast majority will not understand the significance of these announcements.

Will the share price go up...

-Before in anticipation of V3...most likely
-After V3...with membership announcements....most likely
-After V3...with publicity from appearances on places
like CNN & CNBC...most likely...
-After V3...when company becomes fully reporting..most likely
-After V3 when and if company gets NASDAQ listing...most likely...

Now how high will share price go? How high...or...low? No one really knows.....

So...if per your words....this is tantamount to "gambling".....I only wish the dealer played with a marked set of cards...at the black jack tables...because that way I'd agree with you Mr.P that my odds were almost as good with the one-eyed-jacks and aces...as my odds are with PNL..&..K...

Sincerely,

ztect

Mr. P. one more thing to keep in mind when speaking of a move to the
big board is that the HIGHER PNLK stock price moves the LESS shares will have to be used for expansion, alliances, acquisition...thus keeping float and number of total shares more or less in status quo.

A good incentive for PNL to support the share price. not to mention
management & investors personal fortune.

Good day !

Mr. P- You post wise thoughts.

I was in pnlk on the big spike, and I recall the euphoria, then the despair as the stock reversed and tanked substantially day after day for a few weeks. It was awful. I sold all my shares a bit over three, obviously after much of the gain was gone. I did not have a good feeling, even though I made over 100% in a short period of time. I felt the stock should have stayed up there, at least above 5, for a while. I bought back in at an average cost of $2.75. I have another buy order at 1 3/16 still open. Now we know more about the co's real potential, and the potential is close at hand, i believe.

I realized how pre-set sell orders, even for just some, not all, of my shares, would have taken some pressure off my thought process in those heady days.

I don't expect everyone to appreciate my call for the selling points, and for those who disagree with my perspective, I say, maybe they are right, and maybe I am wrong!

But i just want to throw it out there for consideration and thought by folks.

Victor
