Paul now that you brought it up the pentiunII-450 should not sell for more than $219 the price of an amd k-6-3/400. and since the pentium III is only silghtly better than an Intel Pentiumii450 the pentium III should not sell for more than 250.00 tops anything else is a gift to INtel. good greef Intel realy miscalculated this price decrease sutff on overall margins. celeron 400 came in at 133 $8 off my target price of 125.00 which you laughed at. give it a month. it will fall right through $125.00. meanwhile the k-6 2450 should be popping out any day now. and we already know gateway is building a k6-3 box.
since we know the pc magaizne editors read thsi thread and since i have sufficently outline the PentiuIII soft spots. It will be an easy task for them to ask the tough questions they need to be objective. good luck tommorrow you'll need it. I'll be golfing if you need me.
