Andrew,

I fully agree with your view of SVGI. Many users will not purchase again when they upgrade technology. TEL seems to be winning most of the wafer processing orders.

I also think ASML will continue to win the scanner orders versus the Micrascan. ASML is continuing to do very well with the 5500 and the successful release of the step and scan has given them an impressive technology roadmap.
