I think another conference call would be nice. We need to speak directly to Doug about this in an open forum. No holds barred questions this time.
Comments anyone?

Aren't we all 'doom and gloom' today (through Msg #3554)? That's good. It builds our 'wall of worry' (=opposite of 'irrational exuberance'). That's fundamental in building a decent base.

So maybe we're near a low. But let's remember one thing for the future. The next time ETPI trades in the 50¢+ range, let us not immediately conclude that ETPI is going to rocket to $2.00 and above. It almost never works that way. We need to bear in mind that at 50¢+, lots of CURRENT shareholders are going to want to claim whatever profits they have, expecting the likely pullback once more to 30¢. ETPI is becoming a cyclical trading stock, in spite of PREFSTOCK's exhortations. Some day ETPI will trade at $2 (that's why I'm long), but every little 1/16 gain in price does not herald our imminent arrival in the New World.

Now Kelly questioned why should there be a press release on the annual results. "Why? The results were ****y."

The ****y doesn't matter. There has to be a report to shareholders, many (most?) of whom do not read our comments on SI and have not a clue of how ETPI did for the year. These "owners" of ETPI deserve to hear from their company. Anything less is unprofessional!

Many SI posters have urged that Doug Butcher establish a channel of communication to shareholders through this SI board. I can only say, "Amen! Shape Up, people in Houston." If this were military chain of command (the focus of much of ETPI's business), the laxity of communications by the company would not be tolerated!
