REDWOOD CITY, Calif., Feb. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- BroadVision(R), Inc. (Nasdaq: BVSN) today announced that it has designated Cisco Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: CSCO) as its Strategic Networking Partner and that Cisco has established BroadVision as an Internet Business Solution Applications Partner for providing Cisco's new Internet Commerce Solution. BroadVision and Cisco's Internet Business Solutions Group will provide the Cisco best practices and optimized network foundation, in conjunction with high-performance applications of BroadVision to help customers realize rapid success in online business-to-business transactions with suppliers, partners, and other customers.
BroadVision and Cisco will deliver a comprehensive Internet Commerce Solution through shared sales, marketing and product optimization strategies. In addition, the companies will jointly create a unique Cisco-BroadVision One-To-One reference architecture and configuration guide, and performance and scalability benchmark that leverages BroadVision and Cisco technologies.
