HTSF News Out Pre-Open:

TULSA, OKLA. (Feb. 17) BUSINESS WIRE -Feb. 17, 1999-- Kids Internet
World Explorer(R) a.k.a. KIWE! Offers Parents and

Teachers Peace-of-Mind as Children Ages 4-14
"Browse the Net" in Safety

Heartsoft, Inc. (OTC BB:HTSF), publisher of educational technology
products for early-learning students, announced today that the company
has completed an agreement to license KIWE, the first truly secure
Internet browser for children, from CytWare Corp. Ft. Worth, Texas.

Children ages 4 thru 14 can surf the Internet in safety -- traveling to
distant lands and exploring amazing places on the world wide web -- all
with just the click of a mouse -- and KIWE!

Built upon the proprietary CytLoc(R) technologies developed by CytWare,
KIWE offers parents and educators alike a secure environment where
children can learn to use the Internet to explore the vast reaches of
the universe. Whether studying the latest photos taken by NASA's Hubble
Space Telescope or paintings by Michelangelo hanging in the Louvre in
Paris, children are amazed by how quickly they can find points of
interest on the Internet with KIWE!

"We are absolutely enamored by the enormous potential of KIWE," said
Benjamin P. Shell, Heartsoft, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
"It's a rare event in a young company's growth to have the opportunity
to bring a product to market with such a mass appeal as KIWE. Our
intention is to see the Kids Internet World Explorer on every computer
in the U.S. where children may have access to the Internet. With KIWE,
there is no need to fear that children may stumble into Internet sites
unfit for young eyes."

According to market researcher International Data Corp., by the end of
2000, Microsoft will have sold over 100 million copies of Windows 95
and Windows 98 worldwide. Nearly all of those computers and several
million more Apple Macintoshes used in U.S. school systems have access
to the Internet in some form or another.

"That is an absolutely mind boggling market for KIWE," said Shell.

Upon its release, the Kids Internet World Explorer shall be immediately
available for both Microsoft Windows(R) (Nasdaq:MSFT) and the Apple
Macintosh(R) and iMac(R) (Nasdaq:AAPL). KIWE offers parents and
educators an age appropriate alternative to Microsoft's Internet
Explorer and Netscape's (Nasdaq:NSCP) Navigator Internet browsers.

In other recent news, on Friday, Feb. 12, 1999, Heartsoft reported the
formation of a strategic sales and marketing alliance with Technology
Integration Group, Apple Computer's exclusive K-12 education sales
agent for the Southwest U.S. Under the terms of the alliance,
Technology Integration Group will co-market Heartsoft's new critical
thinking skills product, Thinkology, side-by-side with the Apple
Macintosh to educators in Southern California, Nevada, Arizona, and
Hawaii.

In addition to representing Apple Computer as the exclusive education
sales agent for the Southwestern U.S., TIG also distributes technology
solutions by The Learning Company (NYSE:TLC), Macromedia (Nasdaq:MACR),
Edmark (NYSE:IBM), Netscape, and Microsoft.

Also, earlier in the month Heartsoft announced the release of new
versions of its proprietary educational software for Microsoft Windows
98(R) (Nasdaq:MSFT) and the Apple iMac. Heartsoft's support of Windows
98 significantly expands the company's ability to support hardware
manufacturers such as Dell Computer Corp. (Nasdaq:DELL), Compaq
Computer Corp. (NYSE:CPQ), and Hewlett-Packard (NYSE:HWP), which
represent the most widely used platforms in schools and by parents.

Heartsoft, Inc. publishes and distributes a line of multimedia
educational software products for schools and homes nationwide.
Headquartered in Tulsa, Okla., Heartsoft is acknowledged among
educators as the price-vs.-performance leader, delivering such product
classics as the Heartsoft Bestsellers and its latest release,
Thinkology, with unsurpassed customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Well I have a stock that is a great reverse merger candidate...

and you can buy it today for 15 cents. It has only 2.2 mill OS and a FLOAT of 1 mill.

has annual revenues of about 1 million and same CEO for 15 yrs.

The company has a 7 million dollar loss carryforward which translates to 2.8 millionn in savings. Of course when I find a company for the reverse merger - it will have to be profitable - cuz that is the only kind that would want to take advantage of a tax loss carryforward fo 7 mill. Elexis would then be spun off into a wholly owned subsidiary.
