Jan US housing starts jump again,
possibly peaking

NEW YORK, Feb 17 (Reuters) - New construction in the multiple family sector helped push U.S.
housing starts in January to another unexpected high, but there are signs this could be the
long-predicted peak to the market, according to economists.

Housing starts surged 3.8 percent in January to 1.804 million annualized units after a revised 5.1
percent jump in December

Fluor first quarter revenues flat, net
income down

IRVINE, Calif., Feb 17 (Reuters) - Worldwide engineering and
construction concern Fluor Corp. (NYSE:FLR - news) on Wednesday posted flat first-quarter
revenues with declines in its diversified services income and new contract awards.
