Quadrant International Commits to Intel's Pentium III Processor With Full Streaming SIMD Extension, SSE, Support MALVERN, Penn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 17, 1999-- Quadrant International's Full Line of Digital Video Decoding and Encoding Software to Incorporate Intel's Pentium(R) III Processor SSE Instruction Set Continuing to demonstrate its commitment to industry standards and the latest enabling technology around rich multimedia data types, Quadrant International today announced full support for Intel's Pentium(R) III processor family. Support for the Pentium III processor's Streaming SIMD instructions will be incorporated into the next generation of QI's entire CineMaster(TM) Digital Media Suite including its SW Cinemaster98 DVD decoder, CineMaster98 RT real time MPEG-2 encoder, and CineMaster DTV decoder.
