TO CLIFF and ALL,

I just got off the phone with Rob Gordon, Rob Newton and Paul Henry. My previous post ragingbull.com was essentially 100% accurate.

Let's be very clear and simple... the website presently being used by TSIG is TSIG's... period! Any and all sales and earnings from that website or calls to the call center for musiccards and/or CDs now and in the past and future go to TSIG... period! If any individual happens to have purchased a "MusicCard" directly from D.P. or one of his old distributors they will not be honored at TSIG... and, additionally, D.P. and his distributors do not have a source or vendor to supply CDs. If the "MusicCard" was purchased from the TSIG website or TSIG call center they will not only be honored, but all sales income and earnings go directly to TSIG and to no other party. D.P. cannot sell CDs or "MusicCard"s on the TSIG site. It is my impression that D.P will not be in the CD business for very long... if at all.

I certainly hopes this clears up this matter once and for all. One suggestion. If anyone calls the Company and speaks to Paul Henry or anyone else (or e-mails them), please leave your real name and a telephone number so that you can be contacted if necessary.

In summary, all sales of any musiccard or CDs made on the TSIG website or through the TSIG Call Center will accrue 100% to TSIG as it has in the past and is now and will in the future. Any musiccard or CDs purchased from any other source will not be honored by TSIG. To repeat... TSIG gets all the sales and earnings from their websites now and in the future. End of discussion!!

Now please, sit back and relax and wait for the next PR(s).

Be Right!!!... Sit Tight!!!

Best always,

Marty
