I'd say the mkt's refusal to selloff and the low vol again today are EXTREMELY bearish.

Kan Safian was on CNBS today, showing a chart of the total credit market (public & private) as a % of GDP. I think he's the same guy who showed this chart last summer. He said 260%, but his chart read 300%+. Either way, 1929-like levels. It was around 150% from WWII to 1977.
