I think I the current market environment it is better to do private
Placement. They can do private placement ABOVE market price, Argentina gold just did it. It also simpler to
do.
(And if it looks really good they can grab all shares themselves.)

I have no idea how meaningful the presence of the gas in the 2400-2500 zone is and why all this
excitement: we still have 1000 m to go to Triassic Silves sandstone. Nikita
