Has anyone looked at the convertibles? Are they discounted in any way?

Also, if the warrants are going to allow 14 MM shares to be bought at $14.25, why wouldn't the holders lock in a good profit by shorting back in the 20s since they can replace them, eventually, at $14.25?? In addition, are the future 14 MM shares to be new issues, in addition to the shares to issued on the conversion of the hoped for 20 days above $20 contingency? In any case, super-dilution seems in store.
