The way you have your post done, it sure does look like I am contradicting myself. A lot has changed since that post in November. Back in November I was looking for a share of Archipelago. But there were other reasons that motivated me that you conveniently overlook. As the investigation has been refocused at the Securities and Exchange Commission, the end result could be that the Archipelago ECN would be declared a fraudulent ECN and it would be dissolved. My share that I was looking for in November would be a share of something of no value. Thus if I was still looking for just money as you say, why would I not drop all my communications with the SEC so as not to run the risk of that happening?

For the record Townsend still has a piece of my SCANSHIFT patent, a piece of the post of mine that you put up that you left out. That is significant. Technology that I developed is used in Townsend software. I hope E-Trade does not have any ideas of incorporating those aspects into their software.

You asked me about Nite in one of your posts yesterday, and I was bearish on it when it was in the 40's and 50's recently. It has been hanging tough here in the upper 30's and thus have a neutral opinion on it now. What is your current feel for Nite and E-Trade?

In case you had a problem reading my post yesterday, I have repasted it below.

If I wanted money I would have filed a lawsuit a long time ago like Lewis Borsellino who got screwed out of his share of Archipelago and eventually settled. My motivation is that I spent a few extra months rehabbing a shattered hip socket and pelvis that was redamaged after the games that were played with me as a result of the principals of
Chicago Trading and Arbitrage, whose profits funded Archipelago, who wanted me out of the way. I want to educate the shareholders of E-Trade that the due diligence was not done by their senior leadership, and let them figure out why wasn't it. I have posted dozens of messages about Archipelago mainly on the MB Trading thread and a few other messages on other day trading threads to make daytraders aware of what I know about Archipelago. These other posts are important to go through if customers of E-Trade are going to one day have their orders executed on Archipelago.
