JDN,

I thought the same thing. But they paid off Forte' Communications, who were suing them for alledged past cunsulting fees from the days when they were jerking the stock and investors around.

Just a personal bias on my part, but I still feel MSU was poorly served by their association with Forte'.

While I'm happy to see this legal matter resolved, I still feel slightly sickened to see Forte' receive this settlement.

Just my personal opinion.
