Go buy a Mac without MacOS installed and/or a Sun workstation/server without SunOS installed. Then come back and we'll talk about it. Bzzt. You can buy an UltraSparc with Linux. If not now, you will soon be able to buy a Mac with PPC Linux instead of Mac OS. -JCJ

You didn't read it fully. Microsoft's license agreement gives you the right to refuse to accept it (and be bound by it) like all contracts, and you can get a refund if you refuse (according to the agreement.) Microsoft is defrauding by not allowing people to get their contractually obligated refunds. By the way, all of the Sun workstatiosn I've bought didn't include an operating system. You had to buy that seperately. We didn't, we ran Linux. No problem.
