I FULLY AGREE ON THIS. And moreover, the lower the prices
the higher the fab utilization, the lower the unit costs
AND the stronger the squeeze on AMD, NSM.
And by the way, all this started with those cacheless "celery"
chips, do you still remember?

Do you still remember the New York Times :

"2 Speedster Chips Joining a Clunker
Intel also introduced a chip known as Celeron, which is essentially a
Pentium II with its wings clipped..."
Like I said before, Celeron was (is) an act of genius.
