Well sort of...

If you look at the latest 10Q you'll notice they used a weighted shares outstanding number of 15,275k on earnings of 537k, yielding a rounded up number eps of $.04 for the quarter.

Had they used the shares outstanding as they reported as of 9/30 of 15,937k on that same 537k, they would have reported eps of $.03.

The point I attempted to make was that although the 15.9mil shares were disclosed as part of the public offering, the 11+mil shares still held by CCC may be finding their way into the market. If so, it would explain some of the downward pressure SWRX had seen on its stock price in the past since it would take shares thought to be restricted (under the IPO wording), and not in the float, and put them on the street and freely trading.

I try to never underestimate what CCC might do for cash.
