The recent price rise in Carbite can be attributed to 3 factors:

1. investors recognize that the golf season across much of North America will get an early start due to favorable wheather and that golf sales will be boosted by strong consumer confidence and high employment levels.

2. recent success at the PGA Merchandise Trade Show, the largest golf products trade show of the year, recently held in Orlando, Florida. The company sold 13,000 putters over the course of the 4-day event, generating revenues of approximately $1.5 million (CDN) - a new record for the co. Depending upon the shipping dates agreed to with the
purchasers, the sales will be booked in Q1 and Q2. We expect that a majority will be booked in Q1.

3. increased exposure of the company to retail investors due to the inclusion of the company in BLSH's Monday Morning Market Report "Model Portfolio" last Sunday night.
