TAP looks like you are going to be very busy in court cos there are people on all your "pick" threads saying the same thing as dwlima and I. The only reason WORC thread has been spared is that it is actually a decent stock despite you and your operation. ColinD

Please try to be more concise in your arguments. You are mislead if you believe that when a company person reveals inside information over the phone to Joe Blow that this constitutes public information as anyone can call. As you correctly pointed out, I am not an attorney, so ask one. You have a nice game going. You mail people with your picks and tell everyone to wait until the following day so that you can hype the stock. Do you know why you continue to even waste your time writing me? Because you are a loser. Do you know why I continue bothering you....because I am pissing you off and I enjoy it. See me in court- you must be kidding! The only time we would see each other in court is when your worthless picks go to 0 and you are being sued by many SI members...then I will have to testify! I am scared, TAP, please don't sue me! I am so scared that a scam meister like yourself would spend all those hard earned dividend profits suing me. btw, slander is verbal and liable is in writing....you are accusing me of liable you schmuck DWLima
