Sid, I have not had the time to go over their site, but do not they have any patents that might have value? I live in Europe and we have many government and private ventures that will invest in promising new companies. These starters can apply for help if they have something unique and worthwhile. Of course the venture people will get a large share of the company. but shares are not flogged for pennies.If the company is successful they will IPO it at a good price, and everybody is happy. If there is no other alternative but to flog it would seem (to me) they do not have anything worthwhile in the oven to attract venture capital.
