Carole... JTFX changed to EFAX last week, but the info doesn't show up. Any way to correct this?

Rick,

We have been experiencing internet problems today. We checked with our ISP (Bell Global), and they have told us the the problem is with Sprint's backbone from Canada to the U.S. We have had a few complaints about data starting and stopping today. What has happened in your case, is that you probably didn't get the particular individual trades, and therefore, the trades did not show up on your time & sales. I compared the time & sales to the total volume here, and they matched up fine, but of course, I am not going through the internet here. If you logged off the program and back on, the T&S should update correctly.
